Olly (“Platform”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) is an AI-powered online reputation management platform for restaurant and hospitality brands. Olly is operated by Reelo Technology Pvt. Ltd., a company incorporated under the laws of India.

We provide our Services to business owners and authorized representatives of restaurants and hospitality brands (“Merchants”). We act as a service provider to Merchants, processing publicly available review data and business data on their behalf to provide analytics, insights, and response management tools.

This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use our website, mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the “Services”). This Policy is published in compliance with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and applicable data protection laws in India.

2.1 Merchant Account Information

When you sign up for Olly, we collect limited information to create and manage your account:

  • Name and email address

  • Mobile number

  • Authentication data (via email, Google, or Apple sign-in)

  • Billing information (processed by third-party payment providers; we do not store complete card details)


2.2 Business Data from Connected Platforms

When you connect your platform accounts, we collect business data on your behalf, including but not limited to brand details, location information, end user data and customer reviews and replies. This data is processed solely to provide the Services you have subscribed to. We do not have a direct relationship with the end consumers who authored the reviews on third-party platforms.


2.3 Automatically Collected Information

We may automatically collect device information, usage data, and log data when you use the Services.


2.1 Merchant Account Information

  1. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information to:

  • Create and manage your account

  • Aggregate and analyse review data from your connected platforms

  • Perform AI-powered sentiment analysis and generate suggested review responses

  • Provide analytics dashboards and business insights

  • Process payments and manage subscriptions

  • Send service-related notifications and communications

  • Improve the Platform’s performance and reliability

  • Comply with applicable legal obligations

  1. Use of Artificial Intelligence

We use third-party AI services to analyse review data and generate insights and suggested responses. When AI features are used, relevant review text is securely sent to our AI infrastructure provider for processing. User prompts and generated responses may be stored in our systems to improve service quality.

  1. Third-Party Service Providers

We engage third-party service providers to help operate the Platform, including providers for cloud infrastructure, AI processing, authentication, payment processing, email and push notification delivery, analytics, and workflow automation. These providers process data only for the purposes of delivering their services to us and are required to maintain appropriate security measures.

  • When you use Olly to respond to reviews, your responses are posted to the respective platform on your behalf

Your data is stored on servers located in India. We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Services or as required under applicable laws and/or our internal policies. Upon account termination, your data will be deleted within a reasonable period, except where retention is required by applicable law or our internal policies.

We implement reasonable security measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
